Event Partners is an event & communications management company based in New Zealand.
We partner primarily with clients who do business in China and New Zealand and are trying to improve bilateral relations by hosting events.
We work with clients from the start of the event planning process so we know what their goal is – whether it is networking, improving brand awareness or increasing revenue. We then tailor our processes to create an event that hits every target.
We have executed a large range of events and completely manage all aspects, including media relations and sponsorship opportunities to ensure peace of mind for clients. We are dedicated to supporting our clients to reach their objectives while keeping in mind protocol and corporate governance. Our cross-cultural sensitivities and bilingual staff ensure that nothing will get lost in translation.

A cross-cultural communicator, Nicole has a Bachelors in Political Studies from the University of Auckland. Having organised everything from large scale conferences & government delegations to fundraising galas & fashion shows, attention to detail is her greatest strength.
Tracy Zeng
Project Coordinator
Tracy has been working on Event Partners projects since 2016. Originally majoring in international economics, she has nearly ten years experience in top 500 global companies in China and six years experience in New Zealand and Australia. Her journey across different countries means she has a deep understanding of culture differences and she has channeled this into the cross-culture event coordination..
Barbara Boyce
Director
Living and working for extended periods in the USA, UK, Asia, Middle East and Oceania has broadened Barbara’s appreciation and respect of multicultural characteristics. Her scope is to harness opportunities encompassing public relations, project consulting, commercial operations and event management.
Tian Tian
Marketing Officer
A part of the team since 2019, Tian is primarily responsible for China Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand’s strategic marketing, communication and events. Tian completed his Bachelor degree at the University of New South Wales and his Masters degree from Auckland University of Technology.
Tian was recently appointed to the China International Import Expo 2021 New Zealand advisory team to work along with NZTE to assist Kiwi exporters to enter and/or extend their brand reach to the Chinese consumer market.
